There is nothing better than salmon fishing in Alaska. The best part might be catching a nice King Salmon, filleting the fish right there on the back of the boat and making sushi. Grab a little soy sauce and some wasabi, mix it together and cut the fish into delightful bite size pieces. There you go, you now have the best tasting and absolutely freshest fish you can put your teeth into. It tastes great and is a wonderful way to eat fish.
